The staff members have certain powers that allow them to be respected in the community, and allow them to maintain it better then if they were normal users. Bureaucrats: Able to give administrative powers to other users, and usually have all the powers of admin:
- Randy 3000: Founder of Sardapedia.
- ScatheMote: Awarded for saving Sardapedia after it was abandoned
Admins: Able to protect pages, delete pages, block vandals, and use rollback:
- Chocolancer: Awarded for currently being the only user interested in Brian's other works.
Moderators: Able to quickly undo the last edit done with one click:
- Jeppo: Awarded for great work on the episode articles.
- Master Conjurer: Awarded for doing great all-around work.
